High-level meeting on Health systems respond to NCDs: Experience of the European Region

Please be informed that the website of the event has been updated with the following information.  To visit the website please click >here< .

 

1.       Provisional Agenda (in English and in Russian). Please note that this is not the final version of the agenda.

2.       Draft outcome statement (in English and in Russian). The secretariat will be accepting comments at eubar@who.int until 13.00 on 17 April, 2018.  We will have a team of people on site happy to discuss the outcome statement and your ideas with you.  Please seek them out through the secretariat.

3.       Information circular (in English and in Russian) with relevant logistics information about the venue, the transportation, etc.

 

If you have not still done so, you are now kindly requested  to indicate your flight details in the online registration available at:   http://www.euro.who.int/en/hssncd-register using the code number you received when you registered.

 

A shuttle bus service will be available from the airport to the meeting venue, Melia Sitges Hotel, on Sunday, 15 April 2018 from 9.30 to 23.30, and back to the airport from the meeting venue on Wednesday, 18 April 2018, after the closure of the meeting from 13.30 to 20.00 (more information about shuttle can be found in the app under practical info).  In order to organise this transport we need updated information regarding your arrival and departure flights, including time and terminal.

 

If traveling outside the arranged shuttle transportation schedule, please plan to use local transport. Information about local transport can be found in the app under ‘practical info’ or in the attached information circular.
