Dear Minister Sergeenko,

 

We are looking forward to your visit to CDC to share information regarding  Global HBV and HCV Elimination plans and progress in HCV Elimination in the country of Georgia on June 19, 2017.

 

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has a process for granting non-US citizens access to all campuses that is strictly adhered to and requires a minimum of 10 business days for processing.

To ensure that your access is granted for the upcoming meeting, you will receive an automated email from CDC’s Office of Safety, Security, and Asset Management (OSSAM) team requesting that you access our Non-US Citizen Access Management System (NCAMS) in order to complete the required questionnaire and upload requested immigration documents. 

 

We understand that we are still in the planning phase of this meeting.  However, since the 10 business day minimum for processing does not begin until the questionnaire is complete and all required documents have been received by our security team, it is imperative that you complete the process as soon as possible. 

 

Please note:  Access to CDC’s campus is strictly prohibited without prior approval.  It is crucial that you adhere to all requests from OSSAM; which includes CDC’s Immigration Office.  From today until the day of your visit, these departments may be contacting you via email with important information.  Please ensure that you frequently check for correspondences and that they are not being sent to junk or spam folders.
