Dear Colleague,

 

Following your submission, we are pleased to inform you that your ePoster file has been

successfully submitted for printing and will be delivered onsite in Paris, France for the upcoming ILC 2018, at no cost.

 

Please check if we have the correct version of your file and the status of your submitted poster.

Please go to the following page and log in using your email address and poster final identifier.

Your poster will remain under the status “Pending quality control” until it is printed, then the status will change to “Printed” once your poster is printed.


No free reprinting of the poster will be possible.


If you need to reprint your Poster, there will be an onsite printing service at the venue: Price: 95 € + 21% VAT Time: It takes around 2 hours and a half (2:30) 
to print and receive the poster.Conditions: Payment can be done by cash or card.
Poster file via email or if the author has the file on a USB drive.Please contact: daniel@gescononline.com  to know the details.

 

Any modification should be sent to MULTIEPOSTER through the submission platform.

Note that only the ePoster version will be updated. You will have until 9 of April to upload a revised file to update the ePoster if needed.
