Graeme,

There has been a change (again).  The good news is you WILL be able to make a dinner in Tbilisi, as the pick-up from the dinner won't be until 10pm.  The plane is now scheduled to depart at 11pm.  Please let the minister know they can attend the dinner.

Additionally, they are asking for airport arrival information.  Gregg arrives at 3:30am - I can have the hotel pick him up, but they are seeming insistent on meeting them at the airport, so I'm not sure if they want to meet Gregg at 3am...?  Would you confirm their preference?  I don't want to offend custom.

If they want to assist at the airport, here is Gregg's flight info:
Lufthansa, Flt#2556
Munich - Tbilisi
Arrival: 3:30am

I also have been hesitant to send the CJ info onto them...as I am unsure if we publicize that we are arriving on a corporate jet...If so, the information for the jet is noted below:

John and Clifford will arrive Tbilisi at 5:27pm

Gregg, John and Clifford will depart at 11pm, with a pick-up scheduled for 10pm.  We can arrange that - unless, again, it's custom for them to provide the transportation.  Note: in previous trips, we have managed our own transportation.  So, if you would kindly confirm...I need to get the info to the jet people ASAP.
