Dear Dr David SERGEENKO,
We are contacting you regarding The International Liver Congress™ 2017. We would like to take this opportunity to warmly thank you again for your participation and contribution to the great success of this congress.
As you may know, The International Liver Congress™ 2017, has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) with a maximum of 27 hours of European external CME credits.
It seems that you have not yet completed your survey, in order to obtain your Certificate. On behalf of the Scientific Committee we kindly request your assistance in completing the EACCME Congress Evaluation Questionnaire. Your opinion is greatly valued.
Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity. The EACCME credit system is based on 1 ECMEC credit per hour with a maximum of 3 ECMECs for half a day and 6 ECMECs for a full-day event. You will be asked to insert the correct number of credits you are entitled to claim.
Upon completion of the questionnaire, you will be able to access your certificate on your portal, download and print it.
