Thank you for your faculty registration for The International Liver Congress™ 2017 to be held from 19 to 23 April in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

We are pleased to confirm your registration; please find all relevant documentation attached.

You will have access to the Executive lounge, located on the first floor above entrance K. You will be welcomed by an EASL Office team member who will provide you with your badge and congress materials.

The Executive lounge will be a place for socialising and has quiet areas allowing you to concentrate and relax. Only faculty and a restricted group of people will be allowed to access this lounge.

You should have entered your flight details request during the registration process. If it is not the case, please contact our travel agents Christiane and Roberto at your earliest convenience: easltravel@majesticvoyages.ch

You will be asked to provide the following information:

·         Your city of departure

·         Preferred date and time of departure and return

·         A copy of your passport

·         Mobile phone (with dial number)

·         Frequent traveler number (if applicable)

They will send you an itinerary proposal and ask for your approval before issuing your tickets.

Please note that it is highly recommended to book your flights via the EASL official travel agency at the earliest.

Cancellations and/or modifications to your original registration must be made in writing (fax, letter or e-mail) to ILC.faculty@easloffice.eu

Every accommodation modification must be sent to RAI Hotel Services: hotelservices@rai.nl

You should have requested your room nights (2 nights complimentary) during the registration process. If it is not the case, please contact the RAI Hotel Services, our official housing agency, directly before Monday 27 February 2017.

If you have requested your accommodation during the registration process, the RAI will send you a booking confirmation and further information once your request has been added in their system.

Please take note that the room nights are subject to availability.

You will need to provide a credit card guarantee for the cost of any additional nights or surcharge for double occupancy. All extra charges (incl. minibar, phone, room service, etc.) must be settled at the hotel upon check out and will not be covered by EASL.

If you have been invited to speak at an industry satellite symposium, kindly note that hotel and travel arrangements are to be provided by the company inviting you.

Furthermore, as per EASL policy, speakers invited both by EASL and the industry cannot accept to speak at more than 2 satellite symposia.

It is recommended that participants obtain adequate cover for travel, health and accident insurance before they depart from their countries. EASL and MCI Geneva as organisers cannot accept responsibility for personal injuries, or loss of, or damage to, private property belonging to the congress participants and accompanying persons.

EASL, MCI, Venue and Hotel are not responsible for either the partial or total non-execution of the contract in the event of accident, natural disaster (either threatened or actual) in war, curtailment or interruption of transportation facilities, threats or acts of terrorism, governmental travel or terrorism advisory, strikes, lock out, civil disturbance, the issue of a Travel Warning by the World Health Organization or any other cause beyond the parties' control which prevents the venue from accommodating the clients of MCI for the event or if for the same reasons the event is cancelled by EASL. 

The organisers may at their entire discretion repay the delegate fee or service charge paid by the delegate or exhibitor, or part thereof, but shall be under no obligation to repay the whole or part of such delegate fee or service charge, and shall be under no liability to the delegate or exhibitor in respect of any actions, claims, losses (including consequential losses), costs or expenses whatsoever which may be brought against or suffered or incurred by the delegate or exhibitor, as the result of the happening of any such event.
