Please indicate your travel preferences on the registration website. Our travel agents will contact you with proposals and ask for your approval before issuing your tickets.

The RAI Hotel Services, our official housing agency, will then send you a booking confirmation and further information once your request has been added in their system. 

Please take note that the room nights are subject to availability. Please request your accommodation by Monday 27 February 2017 to ensure EASL can accommodate you in one of the selected Faculty hotels.

You will need to provide a credit card guarantee for the cost of any additional nights or surcharge for double occupancy. All extra charges (incl. minibar, phone, room service, etc.) must be settled at the hotel upon check out and will not be covered by EASL.

As we would like to display a complete profile of all faculty, we would appreciate it if you can send us your biography (one or two paragraphs) and a picture of yourself for the online programme (https://events.easl.eu/EventProgramme/ILC2017.aspx).

A video projector and a computer will be available for all lectures. The use of personal laptops will not be possible. Detailed information on the web upload service and technical requirements of your presentation will follow in March. Please note that your presentation should be in 16/9 format.

If you have been invited to speak at an industry satellite symposium, kindly note that hotel and travel arrangements are to be provided by the company inviting you.

Furthermore, as per EASL policy, speakers invited both by EASL and the industry cannot accept to speak at more than 2 satellite symposia.
