When your presentation has been successfully submitted you will receive an automated confirmation e-mail.
Please submit your presentation data only to this website. Presentations that are attached to an email cannot be processed. It will always be possible to replace your presentation with an updated version if applicable.
Once on-site you may check and/or alter your presentation in the Speaker’s Ready Room - at least 3 hours - before your talk. Our staff, together with you, will take a final look at your material and help you upload it.
The Speaker’s Ready Room will be open during the following hours, with technicians available to assist you. In any case, please check in at the Executive Lounge where you will be given your registration package (name tag, programme book, etc.).

Each lecture room is equipped with a laptop and a data-projector. Own laptops cannot be connected in the rooms. All presentations must be uploaded in advance to the network.
Only 16:9 landscape MS-PowerPoint presentations are permitted for this conference.
If you are using PowerPoint 2007 or older please do not forget to upload as well your video files as they cannot be embedded into the presentation.
You may at any-time send additional files, make changes on files you sent and download your files again from any computer you use.
