Dear David SERGEENKO,

As The International Liver Congress™ 2018 has closed its doors, we would like to take this opportunity to warmly thank you again for your participation and contribution to the great success of this congress.

The International Liver Congress™ 2018, has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) with a maximum of 36 hours of European external CME credits.

On behalf of the Scientific Committee we kindly request your assistance in completing the EACCME Congress Evaluation Questionnaire. Your opinion is greatly valued.

Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity. The EACCME credit system is based on 1 ECMEC credit per hour with a maximum per day as listed below:

Wednesday 11.04.2018 = max. 7 credits
Thursday 12.04.2018 = max. 8 credits
Friday 13.04.2018 = max. 8 credits
Saturday 14.04.2018 = max. 8 credits
Sunday 15.04.2018 = max. 5 credits

You will be asked to insert the correct number of credits you are entitled to claim.

Upon completion of the questionnaire, you will be able to access your certificate on your portal, download and print it.

Please note that a completed CME evaluation form is a pre-requisite to receive your certificate of attendance for The International Liver Congress™ 2018. Should you have any questions, you may contact Congrex at the following e-mail address: registration.ilc@congrex.com

We remain at your disposal for any further request you might need and see you next year in Vienna.

With our kindest regards,

The EASL Office Team
