          We acknowledge your participation to the 9th Global Conference on Health Promotion which will be held in Shanghai from 21-24 November.  As the conference is getting closer, we would like to remind you to register through the website http://healthpromotion2016.org/en/contents/99/38.html .

          You should have received your individual access key by now. As indicated in the email you received, the registration will facilitate your hotel booking and local logistics. If you have missed our email, please send a message to us and we will resend you the email concerning your individual access key.

Kindly complete the "basic information" section before 31 October 2016 and confirm your participation in the parallel sessions by 11 November 2016. A photo needs to be uploaded imperatively so that an identity badge for entering the Shanghai International Convention Centre can be prepared for you.   To do so, it is recommended to use the latest version of Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari (Mac only) as a browser.

May we also draw your attention to visa application, if you have not sent the information required to us, please do so. If you have received the visa authorization, kindly proceed with the visa application at the nearest Chinese consulate in your area.  

For those who holds a diplomatic or service passport, we attached for your information, a list of agreement on mutual visa exemption.  We suggest that you also consult the local embassy for the latest policy as there is a possibility of recent change of some information.

Regarding hotel reservation, the website is experiencing some difficulties. This will be fixed soon, in the meantime, you will be able to download a manual booking form for the hotel of your choice in the on-line registration system. Please bear with us while we are fixing this issue.
