It appears that due to conflicts, some key members will not be available this date, so we will plan to reschedule for another date.
Also, I would like to offer for consideration in-person OC meeting on 23 October, the evening before the TAG meeting in Tbilisi, 24-25 October, as I think most will be in attendance for the meeting.
Look for a f/u date proposal for our next call.
Thank you, FA

Subject: Georgia Oversight Committee: 2nd Meeting Proposed for 25 August?
Dear Oversight Committee Members,
I would like to thank GS for the attached minutes of the last OC call, which accurately reflected the discussions. I would also like to propose the next OC meeting for late August, as Muazzam and I from DVH
will be in Tbilisi during this time; we thought it would be good if we could schedule a meeting for 25 August. Please advise if this is agreeable, to OC members. Let us know if this date works, we can collectively develop agenda as we approach the date.
I have added CDC potential observers to this communication.
Best regards, FA
