Thank you for your mail. Mr Martin and Mr Alton are very excited to be invited to Georgia my your good self. I believe they intend to arrive fairly late on the 7^th Aug and will depart on the 9^th Aug so yes they will be available all day on the 8^th. I will advise further on the exact flight timings.

Mr Clifford Samuel and myself will also be accompanying.

Sam,

Sandy just informed me that she gave me wrong info…for planning purposes, if they depart SJC at 5pm, they would not arrive until 7:45pm, not 6:45pm.  Please let me know ASAP regarding Clifford’s availability – as Gregg still needs to seek approval from JFM.  We can’t do this until we have a confirmation.  Further, Graeme cannot confirm or start planning anything until we have the green light.
