ჩვენი დღევანდელი საუბრის თანახმად, გიგზავნით ჩვენს კომენტარებსა და რეკომენდაციებს მედიკამენტებისა და სამედიცინო სახარჯი მასალის კონსოლიდირებული შესყიდვის ტექნიკურ დავალებასთან  დაკავშირებით.

სამწუხაროდ, იმაზე მეტი დრო დასჭირდა კომენტარების მომზადებას ვიდრე ჩვენ ვარაუდობდით, რადგან დრო ტევადი აღმოჩნდა  ყველა იმ წამყვანი ექპერტის მობილიზება გუნდში, რომლებიც უშუალოდ იყვნენ ჩართული თურქეთის კონსოლიდირებული შესყიდვების რეფორმის პროცესში, როგორც კონსულტანტის, ასევე უშუალო განმახორციელებლის მხრიდან.

ჩვენი ექსპერტების გუნდი ასევე მზადყოფნას გამოთქვამს, თქვენთვის ხელსაყრელ დროს ეწვიოს თბილისს და პირადად გამართონ სამინისტროს ხელმძღვანელობასთან და ყველა ჩართულ დაინტერესებულ მხარესთან შეხვედრა, რათა უფრო დეტალურად წარმოგიდგინოთ თავიანთი ხედვა რეფორმასთან და სამომავლო პერსპექტივებთან დაკავშირებით.

 

შესაბამისად დოკუმენტის გაცნობის შემდეგ, თუ თქვენ ჩათვლით საჭიროდ ასეთი შეხვედრის ორგანიზებას, გთხოვთ გვაცნობოთ სამინისტროსთვის მისაღები დრო ზემოაღნიშნული შეხვედრის გასამართად, რათა ჩვენი მხრივ ვუმზრუნველოთ შესაბამისი კომუნიკაცია და პროცედურები ჩვენი საერთაშირისო გუნდის ჩამოსაყვანად.
