I hope this email finds you in good health. I am looking forward to meeting with you all at the upcoming EASL conference in Paris. I, as a Co-Chair to this session, want to share with everyone the final agenda including time and venue (attach). I would also like to request everyone to please forward your presentation slides to me by April 4^th so to better coordinate the session, and avoid any overlap/duplication. This would also allow sometime, if there is a need to go back and forth with the presentations. I, again, want to thank you everyone for their time, and looking forward to the excellent session.
