This is a friendly reminder that the ILC 2018 mobile app is now available for download.

Why is the app useful?

  • Keep informed: View your congress agenda, session information, see what is happening now and the 2018 highlights.
  • Get knowledge: Browse abstracts and authors, and arrange ePoster Connect meetings
  • Get connected: See who's attending, send messages, and exchange business cards with other delegates.
  • Get involved: Post comments, participate in live voting, and ask questions.
Certain sessions will include interactive activities. Be sure to take part and do not miss anything by downloading the app!

How do I install the app?

1. Install - with a supported device* click:

The ILC 2018 Web App: 

You can also access all congress materials using the ILC 2018 web app. The Web App is also where you will be able to find all of your saved notes, documents and exchanged electronic business cards, for download.

Helpful tips

  • You may install the app on multiple devices, e.g. your phone and tablet.
  • Your link above is personalized. Please do not forward to others.
  • We recommend that you use a Wi-fi network or unlimited plan to download the app. Downloading while you are on data roaming abroad may result in high roaming charges. The total download size is approximately 30MB.
  • If your device is connected to the Internet, when you start the app, it will automatically download the latest updates.
 
*The ILC 2018 mobile app is available for Apple devices running iOS 9 or newer and for Android devices running 5 (Lollipop) or newer.

To check if your Apple iOS device is compatible:
Navigate to Settings -> General -> About  | Scroll down to Version. If you are not running iOS 9.0 or higher, you should update before attempting to install the app: go to Settings -> Software Update or connect your device to iTunes.

To check if your Android device is compatible:
Navigate to Settings -> About device | Scroll down to Version. If you are not running Android 5 or higher, you should update your Android operating system before attempting to install the app. Please note Kindle Fires are not supported at the moment.
