Dear Graeme,

I confirm that the car will pick up all of you from the airport and take to the Radisson blu and then back to airport. As I said all logistic issues related to transportation will be organized by the Ministry.  For the delegation two cars will be provided from the Ministry and they will be at your disposal during the whole day.

Can you confirm that this date/time is correct? Also we need Gregg’s departure time.
