On behalf of the Commission Directorate General DG SANTE we would like to inform you about the launch of a study on legislative alignment/approximation checks of the EU public health acquis for non-EU countries. The study will cover the following ENP countries: Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine.
In this regard we would be grateful if your respective services would fill the attached Tables (1 for Communicable Diseases, 2 for Tobacco and 9 for SOHO) and send them to the EU Delegation to Georgia by mid- September 2018.
