Dear Brigita,
First of all, I want to thank you for your assistance.
Dates 17-21 September is absolutely acceptable for us (15 September is Saturday).
As for the ISS, our request is not an expert from this university, so the choice is on your side.
Please, find enclosed the first version of program.
Thank you for your support.
Kind regards,
Natia Nogaideli

Dear Natia,
Any news? If we plan to have the first event in the mid of September, we would need to already start the preparation.

Dear Natia,
Thank you for your email. May I ask you what exactly you mean that you are in process with agreeing with the speakers? Do you mean local Georgian speakers?
Dates 15-20 September should be fine, however we would need to have the programme as soon as possible to start contacting the EU Member State experts.
Could you please specify why exactly you wish to have the expert from ISS? This info would really help.
Kind regards,
Brigita ŠALKUTĖ

Dear Brigita,
First of all, thank you very much for the close cooperation and sharing of advice.
As for Agenda and List of participants, we have developed the first version, we are in the process of agreement with speakers, so the final version will give you the next week.
Due to the fact that the month of July is very busy for us and the month of August is a holiday season in Georgia, it is expedient that the first event will be planned in September (15-20 September ).
In regard to the experts, we would like to invite the same experts for the two events (Expert Mission). Also, we do not have any particular information about the Italian expert at the university, but we wish to be an expert from this University (Istituto Superiore di Sanità (ISS)).
In addition, we think the interpreter in all events will be required.
Kind regards,
Natia Nogaideli

Dear Natia,
I am contacting you regarding your application for TAIEX assistance that has got recently approved. As you have been informed, I will be responsible person for the implementation of these events you requested.
First of all, I would like to propose to start from the event no 1 – expert mission.
· Could you please draft an agenda in the template attached to this email? It is important that you keep the layout of the template as it is, avoiding major formatting errors and paying attention to the quality of the content. The aim of the event needs to be clear and contain 150-200 words. Imprecise and incomplete agendas will, unfortunately, be returned back for further editing, which can eventually prolong the implementation of the event. Drafting the agenda is an essential part of planning the event – only after receiving it, I will be able to start contacting suitable experts.
· The dates you have proposed for the first mission are 23-27 July. I would like to inform you that these are the indicative dates and the final ones will depend on the availability of the expert. In order to try to make it for these dates indicated in your request, you will have to prepare the draft agenda by the end of the next week, namely, 14 June.
· I have noted that you indicated Istituto Superiore di Sanità (ISS) as you preferred EU MS institution to designate an expert. May I ask you whether you know already an exact expert you have in mind?
· You have in total applied for 4 different TAIEX event, out of which two are expert mission. Do you want to have the same expert coming twice or would you like to hear different EU MS experiences each time?
· Please make a list of participants in the excel sheet attached.
· I am also sending you the Guide for LCOs to learn more about the administrative aspects of TAIEX assistance.
· Finally, will the interpretation be necessary for the first event?
Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Kind regards,
Brigita ŠALKUTĖ
