From the invoice you can see that I have negotiated the price, which has been decreased by app. 20% (special price for Georgian participants).

Please, be informed that course fee (incl. hotel stay and all meals and transfer from/to the airport in Venice) will be paid by the WHO Country Office as an internal financial transaction. This has been agreed with the organizers already. They have just sent the same email to all participants. So you should not pay attention to it.

Attached please find your flight tickets, which enables you to enter the details into the indicated web page, as you need to register.

Please, be informed that you will only get substantially reduced per diem for Venice, as all costs there have been (will be) paid directly. In total each of you will receive app. 200 USD (depending on the EUR-USD exchange rate). Money will be transferred to your personal bank account shortly before your travel.

We are very pleased to inform you that your application to the Observatory Venice Summer School 2018 on “ Quality of care: Improving effectiveness, safety, and responsiveness ”, San Servolo, 22-28 July 2018 has been successful.

Your application is now considered CONFIRMED; attached the invoice for the school fee. Any extras, if needed, will be calculated in due time.

Please be reminded that you need to arrange your travel to Venice.

In order to organize the practical arrangements for your participation, we would like you to fill out the PERSONAL TRAVEL & ACCOMODATION INFORMATION sections in our website, at the latest by Friday, 15 June 2018.

After completing this form, you will receive your personal username and password to access the ‘reserved area’ of the website where you can see participant personal profiles (only visible to registered participants) and Summer School’s material/programme. 

Travel and accommodation’s information can be changed/ updated until and no later than Friday, 15 June 2018.

• Settle your registration fee at the latest by Friday, 15 June 2018

• Organize your travel arrangements to Venice as soon as possible and insert the data in your personal profile into the reserved area in order to get the services arranged

• Fill in the on-line form with all your information and special requirements

• Request your extra accommodation on-line, when needed (extras will be invoiced separately)
