ფინანსთა სამინისტროს დოკუმენტზე კომენტარები მივწერეთ ქალბატონ მარინა დარახველიძეს. შეთანხმებულია ბატონ პაატა იმნაძესთან. წარმოგიდგენთ აღნიშნულ კომენტარებს:

  დოკუმენტში Georgia country brief-ში ერთი კომენტარი გავაკეთეთ იმუნიზაციით მოცვასთან დაკავშირებით მე-4 გვერდზე -  Georgia has maintained strong coverage rates for most of the 12 antigens in its national program (DTP3 at 91% and MMR1-95% in  2017).  Although should be noted, that it did not meet the set targets of 95%. (გთხოვთ იხილოთ დანართი) 

ასევე წარმოგიდგენთ დამატებით ორ კომენტარს,  რომელიც ეხება  გავის სამომავლო მხარდაჭერას ვაქცინებზე გავის არსებული ფასების შენარჩუნების და    მათ სამომავლო ექსპერტულ მხარდაჭერას   ადვოკატირებისა და რესურსების მობილიზაციის კუთხით.

1. The sustainability of the NIP is critically important considering graduation from GAVI support.
 All routine vaccines (except Hexavalent) are procured through UNICEF supply division to assure uninterrupted supply, high quality and balanced costs of vaccines. Considering high market prices, particularly for newly introduced vaccines,  it would be very important to have the  GAVI support in negotiations with vaccine manufacturers to maintain GAVI prices after the graduation period. 
2 .Country is still benefiting from Gavi support through transition grants and Targeted Country Assistance under the Partnership Engagement Framework. Transition grant currently supports surveillance, supervision and strengthening of the National Immunization Technical Advisory Group (NITAG), however these activities will require additional funding from state budget once Georgia will move to full self-financing in 2018. Government feels that external expertise will continue to be required for the next years: access to the pool of knowledge and peer-learning would enable Georgia to further scale up its capacities in advocacy and resource mobilization for immunization
