I guess that you might be quite busy given the ongoing governmental changes. However, given the time constraint that we are currently facing regarding the finalization of the matrix, I would like to know when you would be able to revert back to us on the latest proposal. It is indeed quite critical that we finalize the document in the shortest possible delays to be able to submit the consolidated matrix to MoF in the coming days  for final approval before we can move further with our internal approval.

 

As I will be out of the country starting from tomorrow, I would be grateful if you could keep my colleague Jean-Baptiste Dumay (in copy) into the loop of the exchanges.
