 Hereby I would like to share with you that the NHC is now accepting applications for the fourth and fifth Matra Rule of Law Training programmes of 2019, Decentralisation and Citizen Participation and Public Finance Management, both taking place in Leiden and The Hague from 19 – 28 June, 2019. The deadline for submitting an application for Decentralisation and Citizen Participation is Sunday 14 April 2019. The deadline for submitting an application for Public Finance Management is Sunday 21 April 2019.

The training Decentralisation and Citizen Participation is intended is intended for senior civil servants and policy makers at national Ministries or sub-national governments in charge of the development, implementation and enforcement of decentralisation policy and participatory local governance in their respective countries.

The training on Public Finance Management is intended for civil servants working in the field of PFM – either in the field of taxation or in Public Expenditure Management. For further reference, please find attached the brochures of both trainings. As always, the link to the online application form can be found on www.nhc.nl/matrarolt.
