Many thanks for the meeting today. I had consulted with the Head of the delegation Ms. Seferi, copied to this email , and she confirms that the first week of October works well. As we discussed today, October 3-4-5 could be possible dates as also requested by Ms. Odisharia.

In terms of topics of interest , the Albanian delegation would benefit from learning more from you on:

• The policy and the legislation of the TSA system
•  The process of application for economic aid, the social economic  assessments of the families/individuals in need
• The implementation of the PMT formula and MIS.
• Defining eligibility, the benefits and the subsidies
• What was the impact evaluation of this system
• The inspection methodology and procedures, sanctions, fraud and errors.
• Meetings in Central, Regional and Local level institutions that are responsible for the implementation of the system.

Upon your confirmation on the dates we’ll proceed with arranging the logistics and travel arrangements.

Many thanks for preparing the draft agenda for the visit. Having a sense of the challenges and lessons learned at the central, regional and local level would be useful. We would appreciate if one f the 2 days coud linvolve a field trip to one municipality at your choice.
