We already communicated that UNHCR will cover all expenses related to travel and stay in Sarajevo. UNHCR Office suggests that all delegation members stay at the Hotel Holiday, which is just next to UNHCR’s office and meeting venue and booking will be arranged.

As for the meals, lunch will be provided on both days 15 and 16, but on the 17^th no lunch will be provided.  One evening dinner will be arranged either on 15 or 16 May.

Please kindly send your bank account numbers, copies of passports and addresses to Ms. Nino Berelidze at berelidz@unhcr.org (also copied) upon your earliest convenience to timely proceed with the payments. Travel Authroization forms with the indication of flight details and amounts that will be transfered to your account will be provided.
