Thank you for this information.  With regards to your queries:

1.  This year due to the special circumstances the electronic version received is enough.
2. With regards to interventions, the instructions will be provided on the "Guide for Participants" which will be released soon.  However, I can tell you that it is possible to send the request through this email.  Kindly note that individual statements will be limited to three minutes.  If your Representative wishes to take the floor this should be signaled by sending an advance email to us specifying the name of the country and the agenda item.  During the meeting the Member State wishing to speak should use the "raise hand" function in zoom.  It is also suggested to send a video statement which should be limited to maximum 2 minutes.  The video statement will be broadcast at the virtual meeting under the relevant item.   If you opt for this second option, the pre-recorded video statement can be sent to this email address with an indication of the agenda item to which it refers by latest 11 September, 18 hrs.  There are special technical requirements for a video statement which I can share with you should you opt for this option.
