CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you need to cancel the reservation, advice prior to 2 days of arrival is required to avoid any cancellation or penalty charges. Failure to do so will result in the hotel charging for the first night room rate. Failure to do so or in case of “No show”
100 % of the booked revenue is due.

GUARANTEE POLICY
Your room will be held until 6pm on the day of arrival. In order to guarantee your reservation, we kindly ask you to provide us with a valid credit card and the expiry date.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is 2pm. Early check-in may be requested upon reservation but cannot be guaranteed. We highly recommend you to book the night prior to your arrival date, so that you can enjoy your room earlier. Please do not hesitate to contact us at the Front
Office or Reservations department regarding the arrangement. Check-out time is noon. In case of late check-out, 50% of the room rate will be charged until 6pm and 100% thereafter.

EARLY DEPARTURE
Early departure has to be announced 24 hrs before the initial check-out date in order to avoid a penalty charge.

AIRPORT TRANSFER

We would be happy to organize your airport pick-up and /or drop off and recommend to book it via the VIP Business
Service. For reservations please contact the VIP Business Service directly with your arrival data (flight number, time, date) at

Guests arriving by car have the possibility to park at the nearby "Votivparkgarage" at a reduced rate of EUR 30,00 for 24 hrs. Valet parking
available.
