გავეცანი შემოთავაზებულ ToR-ს Hep C Center of Excellence -ს თან დაკავშირებით. თანდართულ ფაილში არის ორიოდე კომენტარი:
1. კრიტერიუმებში ვფიქრობ კარგი იქნება დაემატოს "demonstrable partnership between state and non-state actors (academia, private providers, civil society groups, key affected groups and patients' advocates) in hep C elimination program planning and implementation"
2. ToR-ის განმარტების თანახმად Center of Excellence სტატუსი ენიჭება სახელმწიფო ინსტიტუციას- თუმცა კრიტერიუმებში მითითებულია ასევე "პარტნიორი", დასაზუსტებელია რა იგულისხმება და როგორ ხდება სტატუსის "გაზიარება" სახელმწიფო ორგანოსა და "პარტნიორს" შორის.
3. კარგი იქნება პუნქტი 8 " liability"--ის თაობაზე სამინისტროს იურიდიული დეპარტამენტის კონსულტაცია.
მემორანდუმის პროექტთან დაკავშირებით მე შენიშვნები არ მაქვს.

Dear Minister Sergeenko,
First, let me take the opportunity to congratulate you all on an excellent meeting these past 2 days, and thank you for having the EASL International Liver Foundation attend.
I am reaching out to you today with a draft MoU for our collaboration and draft terms of reference for the Centre of Excellence for your review and feedback, as previously discussed.
As you know we will be holding a press conference on 13th April 11.00 – 11.30am for the launch of the EILF Centre of Excellence in Viral Hepatitis Elimination in Georgia, and if you agree, we hope to be able to hold a ceremonial signing of the agreement. I will send through a proposed agenda and press release for your review in the coming weeks.
