With reference to my phone conversation with Ms. Khurtsilava earlier today and the message below, enclosed herewith I am forwarding to you the scanned version of the second-round letter by Prof. Dr. Miklós Kásler, Minister of Human Capacities of Hungary, addressed to his Georgian counterpart, Minister Sergeenko.

This letter was sent out from our Ministry, via the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade and our Embassy in Tbilisi, on March 1, 2019. The Ministry forwarded the letter to our Embassy in Tbilisi on March 4, 2019. According to the MoFAT, our Embassy confirmed the forwarding the letter and its attachments to the addressee without indicating the exact date.

When the final decision is made, we will get back to you without delay. Until further notice, please make your arrangement under the notion that the Hungarian side is to cover all travel and accommodation costs only for your Minister of Health plus one expert.
