The International Labour Office presents its compliments to the Governments and Permanent Missions of States Members of the International Labour Organization (ILO) to whom this communication is
being addressed and has the honour to inform them that the International Labour Conference Online Accreditation System has been activated and can be accessed through the following website:
http://www.ilo.org/credentials.
Member States are strongly encouraged to submit the credentials of their tripartite delegations using the Online Accreditation System, as it speeds up the accreditation of Conference participants
and ensures that their details are accurate. For detailed information on the submission of credentials for the Conference, Governments and Permanent Missions are invited to consult the Explanatory note for national delegations (http://www.ilo.org/wcmsp5/groups/public/@ed_norm/@relconf/documents/meetingdocument/wcms_213289.pdf).
The following codes must be entered into the Online Accreditation System in order to submit credentials:
Login: GEORGIA
Password: 3241
Governments and Permanent Missions may, at their convenience, share these codes with the officials responsible for the accreditation of their tripartite national delegations.
Officials who have previously used the Online Accreditation System will notice that certain improvements have been made. If necessary, users may click on “Explanatory note” or “HELP” to obtain
detailed instructions on how to use the system once they have logged in.
For any questions relating to the Standing Orders of the Conference or the Online Accreditation System, Governments or Permanent Missions may call +41 22 799 65 69 in Geneva, Switzerland, or send
an email to credentials@ilo.org. They may also make an appointment with the Office of the Legal Adviser in order to receive a presentation on the Online Accreditation System.
The International Labour Office avails itself of this opportunity to renew to the Governments and Permanent Missions of States Members of the International Labour Organization the assurances of
its highest consideration
