6-7 დეკემბრის შეხვედრისათვის მოსამზადებლად, მიზანშეწონილია სამუშაო ჯგუფი წინასწარ გაეცნოს ახალ კანონთან დაკავშირებულ შენიშვნებს და კომენტარებს, ვინაიდან შეხვედრისთვის (სასურველია იურისტებს) უნდა გვქონდეს  მომზადებული კითხვები  ჯანმო-ს ექპსერტისადმი. შენიშვნები, რომლებიც აქვს ექსპერტს არ არის „ფარმაცევტული“ პროფილის,  უმეტესად იურიდიულ ასპექტებს ეხება.

გთხოვთ, აღნიშნული ანალიტიკა და კანონი დაეგზავნოს სამუშაო ჯგუფის მონაწილეებს.

Dear Marina,

 

Attached are comments regarding the Law on Medicines and an analytic report.

 

As you can see there are rather many comments and it would be important that legal experts meet and work together.

We are checking the availability of our consultant (i.e. 6-7 Dec), but the dates cannot be confirmed at this stage.

 

Perhaps some of the comments are also a consequence of suboptimal translation into English.

 

It is important that Georgian authors of the law get familiar with the comments and generate a list of questions that need to be clarified with the consultant.
