
| IMPORTANT! Don't forget! - You cannot travel with sharp, pointed, or explosive items in your carry-on baggage.
- You cannot carry liquid containers exceeding 100 ml (excluding baby food and meals specially prepared for medical conditions) in your carry-on baggage.
- Be sure that any electronic items carried in your carry-on baggage are turned off.
- You should remove the batteries from these devices, and pack them in your checked baggage.
Conditions for carrying liquid in carry-on baggage - As long as you follow a few rules, you can carry liquid in your carry-on baggage.
- Each container should be able to hold no more than 100 ml of liquid.
- The volume of these containers should not exceed 1 liter in total and they should fit inside a 20x20 cm clear zip-lock bag to be presented separately to staff at security control.
- Each passenger may only carry 1 clear bag.
- Medication must be in its original packaging if you want to carry in your carry-on baggage. You must also carry a medical certificate indicating your need to take this medication, to be presented to security staff if necessary.
- If you need to carry liquid baby food in your carry-on baggage, your infant must be with you on the same flight. Furthermore, you should only carry an amount of liquid baby food sufficient for the flight.
- In exceptional circumstances, security staff may request documentation or ask you to taste your medication/baby food/liquid.
Restricted liquids include - All liquids, including water, syrups, and drinks
- Creams, lotions, oils (including cosmetic oils), cologne, perfume, and all types of makeup (excluding solid lipstick)
- All pastes, including shaving foam, deodorant, and toothpaste
- Any foods or gels that are not completely solid, including jams, honey, yogurt, molasses, and spreads.
- Contact lens solution, shampoo, sprays, aerosols, and similar products.
Baggage delivery - If you need to check baggage, you must leave it at the check-in desk before it closes. If you are traveling without baggage and have checked in online, you can proceed straight to the boarding gate.
Baggage limits - If your baggage exceeds your allocated limit, you will be required to complete additional procedure. Please make sure you will have the time to complete this when planning the time to get to the airport.
Boarding pass - If you checked in online, we recommend you print out your boarding pass to avoid any delays at the boarding gate.
Required documents - Please make sure you have the required documents for your journey and remember you may be asked to show photographic ID at the boarding gate.
Security control - To reduce the time spent at airport security, wear shoes that can be easily removed and avoid wearing clothes with metal accessories.
Flight boarding - Flight boarding closes 20 minutes before takeoff. Please check your boarding gate on the screens around the airport. Please bear in mind that it can take time to reach your boarding gate in certain airports.
- Online check-in opens 24 hours before departure.
- Passengers who check in online must ensure they have their required travel documents, e.g., valid ID, on their person.
- You can carry out any remaining processes at the airport at counters displaying the "Online Check-in" sign. Passengers who check in online can have their baggage processed at these counters. Please click to see which airports have online check-in counters.

- For operational reasons, your boarding pass must have been collected and your baggage checked within the period indicated before your flight’s scheduled takeoff time.
- Passengers who have collected their boarding pass but do not arrive at the boarding gate before boarding closes will not be allowed to board.

- Passengers who print their boarding pass and need to check baggage must do so before the counters close.
