Dr Gilles Forte – Coordinator, Access to Medicines, Vaccines and Pharmaceuticals Division, WHO.  

Professor Jason White – Adjunct Professor of Pharmacology at the University of South Australia, Australia. Chair, WHO Expert Committee on Drug Dependence.  

Professor Bruna Brands - Professor of Pharmacology and Toxicology at the University of Toronto, Canada. 

Dr Pamela Kaduri - Assistant Professor at the Department of Psychiatry, University of Toronto, Canada; and adjunct faculty with Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences, Tanzania). 

Two sessions will be organized for participants of different time zones. A first session will take place in the morning (10.00-11.00 CEST), and a second one in the afternoon (16.00-17.00 CEST).
