კოლეგებო მოგესალმებით,
როგორც მოგეხსენებათ, საქართველო-ევროკავშირის ასოცირების შეთანხმების განხორციელების მხარდასაჭერად, ევროკავშირი ახორციელებს ტექნიკური დახმარების პროექტს -
„AA Facility“,
რომელიც მიზნად ისახავს ასოცირების შეთანხმების ფარგლებში არსებული ვალდებულებების შესრულების პროცესში საქართველოს მთავრობის საექსპერტო მხარდაჭერას.
ამ ეტაპზე, საგარეო საქმეთა სამინისტროს დაკვეთით, აღნიშნული პროექტი ახორციელებს ევროკავშირთან სამართლებრივი დაახლოების მონაცემთა ბაზის შემუშავებას, სადაც
ასახული იქნება კონკრეტული ევროკავშირის დირექტივები/რეგულაციები,
ასევე მათი შესრულების მდგომარეობა და ვადები.
მონაცემთა ბაზის ფორმირების მიზნით, პროექტმა შეიმუშავა სამართლებრივი დაახლოების ელექტრონული ჩარჩო (სექტორული ცხრილების სახით), რომელშიც პროექტის შესაბამისი
ექსპერტის მიერ, ყოველწლიური სამოქმედო გეგმების შესრულების ანგარიშების ანალიზის საფუძველზე, ნაწილობრივ შევსებულ იქნა ინფორმაცია სამართლებრივი დაახლოვების სტატუსის შესახებ.
მიუხედავად გაწეული სამუშაოსი, მონაცემთა ბაზის სრულყოფილად შესავსებად აუცილებელია უწყებების მხრიდან ჩართულობა და ინფორმაციის შეყვანის პროცესში თქვენი მხარდაჭერა.
გიგზავნით „AA Facility“ პროექტის
მიერ შემუშავებული მონაცემთა ბაზის ელექტრონულ დოკუმენტებს და გთხოვთ ა/წლის 28 ნოემბრამდე მოგვაწოდოთ თქვენი კომპეტენციის ფარგლებში არსებული შევსებული ცხრილი
(თანდართული ცხრილები დასათაურებულია უწყებების დასახელებების მიხედვით).
ამასთან ერთად, „AA Facility“,
პროექტის ორგანიზებით ა/წლის 2 ნოემბერს, 14:00 საათზე გაიმართება ონლაინ
საინფორმაციო შეხვედრა zoom-ის პლატფორმის საშუალებით, სადაც დისკუსიის რეჟიმში გაიმართება საკანონმდებლო მონაცემთა ბაზის განხილვა.

The email briefly outlines the information about the AA Facility and the AAF-designed LA inventory per institution in charge (here goes
