We are very delighted to know that Georgia is taking part on ministerial leve lat the international oncology conferenc in Budapest. As the preparation time is short please find attached some necessary documentations. As to be able to provide the most suitable and continuous service the administrative issues must be completed soon. Booking venues and tickets has its high priority, therfore the organizers kindly ask You send all the necessary information by fulfilling the attached document no later than 15th of May. The organizers only can support those tickets and venue for those who has sent the application form back on time

Hereby we also provide you the programme and the closing statement of the conference.

The organizers also emphasize that in case of your precious delegation would like to have a bilateral meeting with Mr. Kásler be so kind to communicate it towards them.
