I hope you are good.

I have question about your attached contract.

1. Draft Contract -  15.09.2020

A. Line Item: Cat No of total Test is 09COV60D, not 09COV20D.

B. Price: Total amount is $2,060,500 as delivery term is CIP Tbilisi. Price per 1 test is $10.3025.

The shipment is divided into two, but the shipping charge is the same.

2. Delivery

We are trying to arrange earliest flight by Turkish airline. It will be departed on 25^th of September. Once it is confirmed, we will indicate to you.

3. Regarding rest of amount, 6,635 Kit.

Refer to our manufacturing team, it will be produced on next week. So we are expecting to dispatch in last week of September for now. But last week of September is Korean thanksgiving day, from 30^th of Sep to 4^th of Oct. So once it is confirmed, we will let you know.

You are kindly asked to submit the latest versions of the updated documents which I have already shared with you.  

I am resending them.  Please check the details of the Price schedules  in draft contract  and  provide the singed versions of the both documents.

We will dispatch 1,365 kits firstly, and then dispatch rest of amount, 6,635 Kits on it is produced.
