Dear Tamar,
I would like to open discussion about basic contours of Social Welfare
TCG meeting. Let´s leave aside scenario of the meeting and other technicalities.
We should clarify some guiding principles of communication between government
and donors in Social welfare/healthcare issues. Well, I suppose it should
be strategic/policy dialog. Coordination on project implementation level
would be more proper some narrower format. From donors point pof view we
may present our particular programme priorities in relevant sectors regardless
they are scheduled or already applied. From the ministry point of
view I see two options or combination of both:
1/ Actually valid strategies/multianual action plans per particular reforms.
2/ Relevant national SDGs
Please share with us your opinion and suggestions. Magda will develop 1st
input for our discussion. We would like circulate it among relevant development
partners this week.

Dear Tamar,
we have green lights from the UN Regional Coordinator office and from head
of the Donors Coordination Unit under the Government Office. According
to my understanding the Social Welfare TWG meeting shall be arranged in
second half of December.
This is current situation. I am aware of your extremely busy schedule.
Well, I suppose this agenda means for you a tiny involvement now at the
beginning. We shall discuss format and structure of the meeting with DCU
and UNRC in October. I am in touch with both of them regarding ongoing
discussion about donors/government coordination. Than (in November) I would
expect substantive discussion about content of the meeting probably with
engagement of some 3rd partners (WHO?).
Can I include Maia and Magda into our communication already?
