In order to transfer technology between Turkey and Georgia and the development of technology between the two neighboring countries, I want to sign a joint memorandum with you and travel there with yuzuncu yıl  University president and Techno Park president .

In addition, I am the director of Medwave Corporation, which is the only manufacturer of microwave medical waste treatment system (widout water)in the world.

Which is willing to invest in the construction of a central site of medical waste treatment in Tbilisi and batomi. This is the first step in starting a joint partnership.

With the cooperation of you and the yyu university, this project will be implemented in Tbilisi. The university also contributes to this project.

Please complete the coordination required for Memorandum , as well as co-ordination meetings with the Ministries of Health and Environment for the implementation of the project.
