Please note that these summary records are provisional at this point, until the summaries of statements have been approved by the speakers. The text should not be quoted. Please send any corrections for inclusion in the final version by e-mail (dcmdocs@who.int)  on or before Wednesday, 18 July 2018.

Following the review period, the provisional summary records, amended as necessary,  will be posted on the official records page of the public governing bodies website. The final text will appear subsequently in  the  “REC” volume series, in document WHA71/2018/REC/1.

This is intended to enhance and speed Member State access to the materials and reduce print and distribution costs, in line with the drive to establish processes that make use of modern technologies and reduce expenditure and use of resources, in addition to offering faster access to official records.
