Dear Prof. Amiran,

As discussed this afternoon, please find attached the programme of the event hosted by the Director General, at the Aids conference in Amsterdam, Monday 23 July 2018 , 17:00-19:00.

The minister can talk for 5-10 minutes (ideally less than 10, as there should be enough time for discussion).

If minister prefers, he can also use slides and thus give a short presentation.

The focus of the entire conference is HIV, but the focus of the symposium is on Health systems, HIV and hepatitis, and Georgia really has a lot to share in this area.

From the programme you can also see that after the minister there is representative of the Global Fund talking about financing of HIV, hepatitis and TB, which can nicely link to the presentation of the minister.

There will be some time for discussion, so you may also propose a question that the minister could be asked during the discussion and would further strengthen his messages.

At this stage we have no details on logistics. In any case transfer will be secured from the RD’s event. We will work and that and let you know the details.

Thank you once again for all support and best regards,
