I am writing to you following your email below to my colleague Khalid Tinasti, confirming the meeting with the Honorable Minister, Dr. David Sergeenko. We are delighted that this meeting can take place and I would like to thank you warmly for your assistance.

I wanted to take the opportunity this email offers to inquire as to the time of the meeting and to inform you that on June 11th Commissioners already have a meeting between 14h and 15h. Otherwise, their agenda is still open for that day.
