Subject: WISH 2018 - Flight Proposal

Dear Mrs Darakhvelidze, Your flight proposal for WISH 2018 has been uploaded on the portal for you to check and validate. We kindly ask you to respond as soon as possible. Please follow the steps below in order to validate your flight proposal: 1. Connect yourself to your registration page on https://summit.wish-qatar.org to view the flight proposal we have prepared for you. 2. On your registration profile, click on the “My Trip to Wish” tab and then click “Travel” to see the flight details. 3. To accept or reject the flight proposal, please click on the “Respond“ button. You will need to validate all the flights segments. To accept the flights as proposed, please select “Accepted” and then click on the “Respond” button.   To reject the flights as proposed, please select “Rejected” and indicate in the comment box your requirements (new airport / change of flight or date…). Then click on the “Respond” button.   The WISH Team will make the changes with Qatar Airways and send you an alternative flight proposal.   Please note that once your ticket has been emitted, changes or amendments will only be considered in exceptional circumstances. Kindly confirm the details of your booking (name, dates, airports) before confirming your flights.   4. ​Please note that WISH will issue you with a single entry visa for Qatar. Any additional transit visa needed during your trip will have to be organized from your side.
