Dear Ms Belkania, We look forward to welcoming you to WISH 2018 on 13 and 14 November 2018. This note sets out important summit logistical and program information: PERSONAL LOGISTICAL INFORMATION To view your logistical information, including your allocated hotel (if applicable), please log in to the registration platform and go to the "Registration" section. For other useful information (dress code, weather, etc..), please watch the delegates film. IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS (E-TICKET, VISA, ACCOMMODATION) To view and download your documents, please visit the "My documents" section of the registration platform.  If one of your documents has not been uploaded yet, it means it is currently under process. Please note that your visa states “Date of Expiry - 14 Nov.”. This relates to the latest date of entry into Qatar, not the date of departure. Please make sure you print all the necessary documents: - E-ticket - Visa: If you are among the 80 countries, you do not require a visa for entry in Qatar. - Accommodation (if applicable) for details of your hotel, go to the "My Trip to WISH" section. Should you have any questions, please contact the WISH helpline wishvipdelegations@qf.org.qa WELCOME AND AIRPORT TRANSFERS IN DOHA Airport transfers to and from WISH official hotels will be available for all delegates arriving and departing between 10 November till 16 of November.  For any delegates reaching Doha before 10 and leaving after the 16 of November, you will need to make your own transportation arrangements. Airport transfers organized for the following hotels ONLY: - St Regis - Intercontinental the City - Shangri-La At the airport, please make yourself known at the WISH welcome desk and our team will be pleased to help you in this reagard. For these hotels - the type of transfers covered are: - From airport to hotels - From hotels to QNCC - From QNCC to hotels - Any transfers to Networking dinners - From hotels to airport Our WISH dedicated staff will be pleased to welcome you at our official hotels. SUMMIT ACCREDITATION You will be able to collect your summit entry accreditation and welcome pack in person from the WISH welcome & hospitality desk at the WISH official hotels when you check-in. You will need to present the ID document you used when you registered for WISH. If you are residing in a different hotel, you will be able to collect your summit entry accreditation and welcome pack in person from the main registration at the QNCC. - Saturday, November 10, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm - Sunday, November 11, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm - Monday, November 12, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm - Summit days: Tuesday & Wednesday November 13 & 14, from 7:00 am Please note that you will need to present your accreditation, as well as your ID document to security when entering the summit venue. 2018 WISH SUMMIT The summit will take place at the Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC). The QNCC address is: Garafat Al Rayyan, Doha. QNCC WIFI Code: WISH2018 SUMMIT PROGRAM The main summit program will run: • Tuesday 13 November: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm • Wednesday 14 November: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm QNCC ACCESS If you travel to the summit by the WISH shuttle, you will be dropped off at the QNCC main entrance. If you travel by taxi or your own transport, you should access the QNCC through the QNCC car park, which is free to park in. This QR code will enable us to identify you quickly onsite. NETWORKING To make the most of your experience at WISH, visit the Your Program@WISH section of the WISH registration platform, which offers you the opportunity to explore this year’s summit program, choose your preferred sessions and tailor you program. Remember to register to the Networking dinners organized in Doha on the 12 and 13 of November. Browse the Who's Who Directory and start exchanging messages with other delegates.
