We would like to inform you that the meeting will be held through the
Cisco WebEx Meeting application. Please find attached our
“Guidelines for Virtual Meetings of Gavi Board and Committees – GC October 2020” which contains important information in relation to the following:
- Setting up the Cisco WebEx Meeting application, through which the meeting will take place
- Connecting to the meeting
- Taking part in discussions during the meeting
Cisco WebEx Meeting application – it is recommended that participants join the meeting using a computer or tablet and
download the meeting application well in advance of the meeting so as to enable any potential technical issues to be resolved in a timely manner.
It is important to note that the meeting is for GC members only.
Anyone who might try to join and cannot be identified as a GC member will be removed from the meeting.
As the meeting is for GC members only,
the link enabling you to join the meeting was already sent separately through an Outlook Invitation.
If you have not yet had a chance to do so, we would be grateful if you could
confirm your participation
in the meeting to Marie Rochat (mrochat@gavi.org) at your earliest opportunity.
