We are delighted to welcome you soon at the WHO Barcelona course on health financing for UHC to be held in Barcelona, Spain from 15 to 19 October 2018. We hope your travel arrangements are all in order by now and we can ask you to start preparing for the training itself.  In order to maximize the learning and experience sharing benefits of the course, we would like to ask you to do the following:

 

  1. complete the e-Learning Course on Health Financing Policy for UHC. This a is foundational course which comprises six modules which cover the core functions of health financial policy as conceptualized by WHO.   1. complete a pre-course exercise. Please find attached the detailed information about this pre-course exercise. Please could you be so kind to complete it by October 8, 2018.
