Following our phone conversation, please, find enclosed a Note Verbal No NV 66 from 17 Sept. 2020 of the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in Tbilisi, concerning entrance permission on humanitarian grounds for Dimitro Arabadzhi and his mother Anna Pavlovna Arabazhi-Kiskinaq as well as two letters from the Medical Centre. The Bulgarian child Dimitro Arabadzhi,is accepted by the Mardaleishvili Medical Center in Tbilisi, Georgia, for transplantation of own stem cells from the bone marrow in October, 2020.
