Hi Dr. Gabunia,

 

My name is Thom Hyde, and I am a political officer at the U.S. Embassy in Tbilisi where I cover cyber policy.  I am emailing regarding a potential cybersecurity activity that our colleagues at the Department of Defense (Mike Dunson, CCed) would be interest in providing for the National Center of Disease Control’s computer networks.  As I understand, NCDC falls under your purview as Deputy Minister of Health.  As such, we would be happy to meet with you and NCDC colleagues to provide further detail on the proposed activity.  We would be available to meet with you in the near future – we would be available tomorrow September 16 at 1430 or Thursday afternoon, whichever is most convenient for you.
