Please see the list of the IT tasks for October below:
Hepatitis C Treatment System
· Validations are enabled on the access rights according to the user roles
· Speed was optimized during the process of patient registration from Civil Registry and Screening Module
· New system feature is added to the system - Reviewing and management of the history of the referrals, SSA and commission decisions under the Case
· Grid of the history of the issued drugs is added to the Monitoring Tab
· Reminder mail-system is enabled regarding expiration date for the drugs. More specifically – 6 months in advance and then every month and finally 2 weeks before the expiration authorized personnel (Kavetaledze, Adamia) will receive the messages about the drug expiration date
· Management of the drug Issuing based on the expiration date is enabled
Screening “STOP C” System
· SMS messaging feature is enabled for screening results – the results of the screened citizens will be delivered by SMS
· New feature of the Sample rearrangement/transportation needed for confirmation tests for the positive patients either in the Screening module or identified during hospitalization. The feature is enabled for the specialized clinics signed in the Hepatitis C Treatment.
· Therefore, new feature of imputing the confirmation test results into the system is enabled for the specialized clinics signed in the Hepatitis C Treatment
