Dear Victor,

I hope you are enjoying Korean Thanksgiving day.

I would like to inform you that the first batch 1,365 Kits (including 34, 125) tests have arrived, however, we were unable to finalize customs clearance procedures as we do not have a relevant invoice.

So you are kindly asked to provide us with an invoice as early as possible.

Besides, the second batch has been delivered partially, only 116 775 tests have been arrived at the moment (311 whole boxes and in addition 6 kit (25 test in on kit which is 116 775 tests). As we were informed the delivery of the rest goods is delayed and will be at the place of destination on October 5, 2020.

Accordingly, we have prepared the Delivery - Acceptance act only for 116 775 tests totaling 1 207 745,43 $. Please find the attached document. It is already signed from our side.

As soon as you provide us with the invoice for the first batch (test 1,365 Kits ) we will share with you the second Delivery – Acceptance Act and after delivery, the rest goods third Delivery Acceptance Act will be prepared.

In addition, I would like to ask not to forget to include in the correspondence with Ministry Nino Gvenetadze ngvenetadze@moh.gov.ge and Nino Kvernadze ninokvernadze@moh.gov.ge .
