Dear Ms Gabunia,

As you have already been informed, our colleagues from Expertise France in charge of following the TA will be in Georgia for a one-week mission, next week from 5^th to 9^th October.

Following my email dated September 17th, 2020 and AFD letter dated September 16^th 2020, AFD is willing to start working with the MOLHSA on identifying the future collaboration and needs.

I am wondering if you could consider our proposal of upcoming mission, that would start in the next days.

Indeed, based on the meeting in September and considering the areas discussed and pre-identified, AFD plans to organize a mission the same week (5^th to 9^th October) with Nicolas Le Guen, our Project Manager Social Welfare/Health coming from AFD HQ in Paris, in order to start drafting the new program with the Government of Georgia. We would appreciate a written expression of interest from MOLHSA in receiving the mission for future collaboration.

For your information, we have planned three introductory meetings with your colleagues vice-ministers and the heads of division:

-          1 working meeting with Ms. Barkalaia and Ms. Jinjolava (disability and children in street situation)

-          1 working meeting with Ms. Goginashvili (efficiency of healthcare system, mental health, IHR implementation, COVID19 response)

-          1 working meeting with Mr. Tsotskolauri, Mr. Simonishvili and Mr. Peikrishvili (IDPs and eco-migrants).

Moreover, we plan a debriefing round-table with you, Ms. Barkalaia and Mr. Tsotskolauri at the end of the week, in order to present you the new draft matrix. All the heads of division are of course welcome to join.  Would you be available on Friday 9^th for this debriefing meeting?
