Dear Nino

Can you please do me a favor and check if participants speak English.

If not I we have an additional translator and equipment just for them but I can do it only Armenian/English/Russian combination.  I don’t have translator that speaks English/ Armenian / Georgian / Russian.   Also we will translate all PPTs into Russian for Georgians. Is that OK?

Please let me know

Best

Dear Nedim and Volkan,

Hope this message finds you doing well.

I am copying this message to the DM, Tamar Gabunia and our colleagues from the ministry.

I know that the logistical  arrangements are taken care of, but Georgian counterparts need to see final agenda. Appreciate if you can share with us the final one. We know that the DM will attend only two first days and I am wondering whether other participants will stay longer, so that all arrangements are done accordingly.

All the best, Nino
